This exciting barn conversion required a Landscape Masterplan to aid in the planning application process. The planning authority required a strip of woodland be planted in front of the property to lessen the impact in what is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Plans were drawn up to accommodate this and primarily native trees and hedges were proposed to be in keeping with the character of the local area. This and other landscaping aspects such as garden materials/plants were accepted and planning permission granted.
