About me
Hi, I'm Ed, a Cheltenham based garden designer. I believe that to design a garden properly, you must first fully understand how to build and maintain one. My professional approach is built on the foundation of two worlds: a formal degree in Landscape Architecture and 15 years of hands-on horticultural experience.
From working in plant nurseries to executing complex landscape builds, I have acquired a deep, practical understanding of every element of the garden. I ensure that my designs are as buildable as they are beautiful. I work closely with you and your chosen contractor to manage the technical process, ensuring your garden is brought to life exactly as intended.

I prioritise the use of long-lived perennials, grasses, trees and shrubs that are hardy and exhibit good resistance to pests and diseases. This approach fosters diverse and sustainable gardens while minimising ongoing maintenance and reducing environmental impact.
